After almost 10 years I will be back at yogakula to teach a weekend of Jivamukti Yoga. The offering this weekend is diverse and has something for (almost) everyone.

The weekend starts with a Jivamukti Open Class on Saturday morning then moves into: Bird Poses Workshop a very fun and dynamic practice looksing at our the influence of our featherd fellow earthlings on both the āsana practice and philosphy it called Avian Asana: Cultivating Bird Poses in Jivamukti Yoga. Sunday starts with another open class before we end of with a hip opening workshop entitled: Hip Harmony: Unlocking the Hips and Pelvis
